We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent transactions.
Once an order is placed and processed, cancellations or modifications can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Customers must contact our customer care team within the specified time frame to request changes or cancellations, providing a valid reason.
Approval of such requests is at our sole discretion.

Prices displayed on the website are in INR and include applicable taxes.
We accept payments through secure online payment gateways.
Motogear does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to the nature of our products.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be unforeseen delays due to courier services or external factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will work closely with our logistics partners to resolve the issue and keep you informed.

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide proof of damage with images/videos for approval.
If the product received is incorrect or mismatched, customers must record an open-box video as proof before initiating a return request.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
