1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
- Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or mishandling are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Open Box Video Requirement
- Customers must record an open box video while unboxing the product to claim a return or refund in case of missing or incorrect items.
- The video should clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product inside.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer care with order details and a reason for return.
- Our team will verify the request and provide instructions on returning the product.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product sent).
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the customer changes their mind, we will deduct the processing fee, shipping fees, and other charges before refunding the amount to the original payment source.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
- In case of an exchange, we will refund the customer an amount in their store credit.
- If you need an exchange, contact customer care within 7 days of receiving the product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items that have been installed or used.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
